Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation
1. Purpose of Authorization
I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Aisure Group and its designated personnel to access, retrieve, analyze, and preserve data from my cellphone/mobile device for the purposes of digital forensic analysis and cyber investigation.
2. Scope of Access
By signing this agreement, I consent to the following actions:
- Full access to all digital content, including deleted files, messages, call logs, multimedia, apps, and browsing data.
- Extraction and analysis of data using forensic tools and techniques.
- Generation of detailed forensic reports and possible presentation in legal or investigative proceedings.
3. Confidentiality
Aisure Group agrees to:
- Handle all data with strict confidentiality.
- Use the data solely for the purpose of the agreed investigation.
- Securely store all forensic data and analysis results.
4. Legal Ownership and Consent
I confirm that:
- I am the legal owner or have legal authority over the device in question.
- I am voluntarily consenting to this forensic examination.
- I understand that any discovered evidence may be used in legal, disciplinary, or investigative proceedings.
5. Limitation of Liability
I acknowledge that:
- While all care will be taken, Aisure Group is not liable for incidental loss of data or damage arising during the forensic process.
- I will not hold Aisure Group or its representatives liable for the outcome of the investigation.
6. Declaration & Signature
I hereby declare that the information provided is accurate and that I fully understand and accept the terms of this agreement.
